He told that I have spent almost 12 years in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. Staying here, I learned to make many types of dosas. It’s been almost 12 years since I did this work. Whereas, it has been almost a year since I started my shop in Indore. In such a short time, I have got a lot of love from people.
99 types of varieties are available in dosa
Bharat told that many varieties of dosa are available here. These include Pizza Dosa, Hyderabadi Dosa, Hyderabad Special Dosa, Dilkhush Dosa, Masala Dosa, Paneer Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Cheese Paneer Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Mysore Cheese Dosa, Mysore Paneer Dosa, Sweet Corn Dosa, Sweet Corn Paneer Dosa, Sweet Corn 99 varieties are available including Cheese Dosa, Tomato Dosa, Tomato Masala Dosa, Tomato Paneer Dosa, Tomato Cheese Dosa, Special Shimla Dosa, Special Cabbage Dosa. However, the ones which are in high demand among the customers are the selected seven to eight types of dosas.
Special Pizza Dosa is the most selected variety
He told that the most special dosa here is Pizza Dosa. It contains cheese, paneer, ghee, butter. Apart from this, many sauces are also added to it, which gives the taste of pizza to the food. Bharat Dhakad told that in his Bombay Special Dosa shop dosa is available from Rs.50 to Rs.130.
